Tenants may fish and swim here, BUT boats must be launched and docked at Marina at end of lake.

Spacious lakeview home located in old Fallen Leaf on almost an acre. Sleeps 10. $1995 per week plus 10% tax, $175 cleaning fee, $35 high speed internet fee and $500 refundable security deposit.(Pets on approval) Special reduced rate for September and October $1495 per week plus tax, cleaning fee, high speed internet fee and security deposit. (A reservation deposit is required to hold a reservation) Unless special arrangements are made, tenants will be expected to furnish their own linen and towels.
